US import facts with the date attached
Most of the US import guidance in a model's training data is from 2025 and is now wrong: the $800 de minimis exemption was suspended indefinitely on 2026-06-24, the postal flat duty expired on 2026-02-28, and the IEEPA tariffs were struck down on 2026-02-20. These eight tools answer from the dated record instead, and refuse to answer what they cannot source.

The eight tools
duty_stack_rules — the stack rule by rule (HTS base, Section 301, Section 232, IEEPA struck down, de minimis suspended, postal flat expired, MPF 0.3464% / HMF 0.125%), each with its record and date.
check_import_claim — fact-checks the four figures still repeated everywhere in 2026 and says plainly when a claim is not one it holds a record for.
landed_cost — itemised duties, MPF (with the CBP floor disclosed as a placeholder), HMF on ocean entries, freight. It will not invent your duty rate: omit it and the tool errors and points at the official schedule.
duty_passport — candidate HTS headings per consumer category, refreshed daily from the official USITC REST API, labelled as candidates and not a classification ruling.
section_301_ladder — the 77 chapter-99 headings that carry a Section 301 addition (7.5%, 10%, 15%, 25%, 50%, 100%), each with the U.S. note that defines its list and, where the schedule states it, its effective date. It gives the ladder and where coverage is defined; it does not assert that your HTS8 is on a list.
classification_rulings — CBP's own binding rulings (CROSS) for a product in plain words: ruling number, date, the HTS codes CBP assigned, any chapter 99 heading joined to the Section 301 ladder, and whether the ruling was revoked. Queried live; nothing mirrored. It is precedent, not a ruling on your goods.
import_rule_changes — what changed in the general US import rules, newest first, from the Federal Register, with since= so an agent can poll it like a changelog. Case-specific antidumping and ITC paperwork is out of scope by design, and the response says so.
recall_check — CPSC recalls touching a category in the last 365 days, with the cpsc.gov URL. A keyword hit means the words appear in a recall title, not that your supplier is affected.
What this server will not do
It never states a product's own duty rate — classification belongs to the importer of record, and a wrong rate carries penalties.
It never returns an affiliate or tracking link. Not in a tool result, not in a resource, not ever; the deploy gate asserts it.
It never answers from memory. If a figure has no dated official source here, the tool says so instead of filling the gap.
It is not customs, legal or tax advice. Confirm rates with a licensed broker before wiring money.
